Refund & Payments Policy

In addition to the TextMe, Inc. End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference, the following applies to all Users of TextMe Products and Services

This policy is in addition to the TextMe End User License Agreement / Terms and Conditions, which can be viewed at: Terms & Conditions Privacy Policy and are expressly incorporated by reference herein including, without limitation, the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities provisions.

In the United States, we offer various enhanced Services for purchase.  TextMe does not process any payments directly, in the event that you elect to make a purchase, your payment will be processed by the Apple App Store or iTunes (for iOS users), or the Google Play Store (for Android users), or the Amazon Appstore (for Kindle users).  Because TextMe does not directly process payments, Our ability to assist you may be limited.

TextMe does not process payments, nor does TextMe store credit card numbers on Our servers for any purpose.  TextMe is not responsible for fraudulent use of your credit card under any circumstances.  Should a fraudulent charge be made with your Account Information, TextMe is not responsible to provide refunds. Please contact your credit card issuer.  As between TextMe and you, you are responsible for any fraudulent use of the Products and Services.

ANDROID (Google Play)

You may email us at contact@go-text.me in order to request a refund.  TextMe reserves the right to refuse refunds made via other channels.

If you wish to request a refund, you must contact Us within 30 days from the date of purchase.  No refunds will be provided for purchases greater than 60 days old.

You can only return an item once. If you buy it again you will not be able to get a refund. If a refund is issued you will lose access to the item.

TextMe reserves the right to refuse any refund request if: 1) you are in breach of our End User License Agreement / Terms and Conditions, see TextMe’s End User License Agreement / Terms and Conditions at: http://go-text.me; 2) TextMe has reason to believe you are attempting to exploit the refund policy fraudulently and/or repetitively.

Once you have subscribed, you cannot manage your subscription from within our Products and Services.  In order to manage or cancel your subscription, open the Google Play Store on your device, and view your Subscriptions.

iOS USERS (iTunes / Apple App Store)

For iOS versions of Our Products and Services, Apple processes all payments directly, and does not allow Us any access to the details of your payment.  As a result We do not have any mechanism to help you regarding payments and subscriptions.  Please contact Apple customer support or review your Apple ID account within the settings menu of your device.

All refunds for iOS purchases must go through Apple. 

Once you have subscribed, you cannot manage your subscription from within our Products and Services.  In order to manage or cancel your subscription, access your Apple ID account within the settings menu of your device.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

We may offer our Products and Services via subscription billing. 

Subscriptions will be offered in periodic intervals of time such as one week, one month, or one year.  The subscription interval will be displayed when you confirm your subscription.  After you confirm your subscription, the subscription will automatically renew on a periodic basis until canceled.

Subscriptions are billed on a prepaid basis.  Each auto-renewal of a subscription is an acceptance of the terms of the subscription for the prepaid period.   If you cancel your subscription, your access will end at the end of the prepaid period.  Subscriptions cannot be refunded or pro-rated.

VIRTUAL CURRENCY

You may use credits to access features within the TextMe Products and Services (thereafter “Credits”).  In certain cases, you may purchase Credits (thereafter “Purchased Credits”).  In certain cases you may earn credits through your use of the Products and Services (thereafter “Earned Credits”).  Purchased Credits will be allocated to your account upon the time of purchase.  Purchased Credits that have been used to access features within the Products and Services are not refundable.  Earned Credits will be allocated to your account upon the time of the completion of the required actions according to the particular offer.  Earned Credits are not refundable.

Credits cannot be transferred.
